Adrian Schulz

Adrian Schulz is President of Imperial Properties, a Winnipeg condominium property management company established in 2009. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, condominium management and business leadership, Adrian focuses on condominium governance, operational excellence and building long-term value for condominium communities.

Adrian holds the Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI) designation and is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute, Manitoba Chapter, FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. His industry leadership has included board service with CCI Manitoba, FIABCI, the Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) and MREA Services.

Adrian is also President of CENTUM Canada and author of Own the Homeowner.
