Welcome to Exchange Office Spaces by Imperial Properties! We began our property management journey in 2009 in a coworking space, giving us firsthand experience in the world of office spaces. Over the years, we've explored the world of coworking and discovered its advantages over traditional offices. Our mission is to create productive work environments in Winnipeg, free from distractions.

The Travellers Block, commonly referred to as the Travellers Building, was built on Bannatyne Avenue in 1907 as headquarters for the North West Commercial Travellers’ Association. Architects Darling and Pearson provided many amenities such as meeting rooms, lounges, and even a Turkish bath in this municipally-designated historic site. A plaque is mounted on the southeast corner of the building.

Coworking membership agreements are based on a 12-month commitment.
