All unit owners are required to complete the steps below to set up their account, payments, and records.
Submit Your Insurance
You must carry condominium unit owner insurance.

The condominium corporation does not cover your contents or personal liability.

Please submit a copy of your certificate of insurance using one of the following options:

  • Email 
  • Upload through your Resident Portal (once access is provided)
What Happens Next
Once your setup is complete:

  • Your account will be created
  • You will receive your Resident Portal login
  • You can manage your account, documents, and requests online
