This is the most popular way to pay and over 90% of our clients are currently on this plan. It's convenient, efficient, secure, and ensures your monthly payments are made in a timely manner to avoid late payment fines and interest. Complete and return your PAD Agreement today!

Cheque

All cheques must be mailed to our office. Please make cheques payable to "Imperial Properties in Trust" (rental) OR E.g. "Winnipeg Condominium Corporation No.###" (condo) Post-dated cheques are recommended.

ePay

This secure electronic payment service is available via the Resident Login and allows you to make a payment using your banking information.
