Our website attracts board members and unit owners as well as prospective clients and others who are looking to learn about condominium property management and those who require services provided to condominium corporations. Many of these vendors ONLY provide services to condominium corporations. Check the vendor's website for specific details about their services and clients that they serve.

Imperial Verified Pre-Qualified Vendors

If you have been verified as a pre-qualified vendor by Imperial and would like to participate in the service provider directory available exclusively on our Owner Portal, apply online. With proper qualification and payment, your information will be added to the directory within three business days.

New Preferred Vendors

To be listed on our service provider directory, all new vendors are required to be pre-qualified, which means that your company has submitted to Imperial the appropriate licenses and levels of insurance for your business to do work in an condominium corporation or residence.

There are three areas of consideration prior to being added to our preferred vendor list: requirements, expectations and procedures.

Requirements: New vendors are required to provide copies of a business license, workers compensation coverage, and certificate of insurance.

Expectations: Imperial's expectation is that you will perform services for condominium corporations and unit owners with honesty, respect and excellence in your area of expertise.

Procedures: Submit up-to-date information and documentation as required. After submission and approval, vendors must agree to notify Imperial immediately, in writing, of any change affecting any item on the requirements list or any occurrence or condition that may affect an corporation’s decision to engage or to continue to work with their firm. Examples include but are not limited to: changes in insurance coverage and licenses.

Existing Pre-Qualified Vendors Listed in the Directory

If you are an existing pre-qualified vendor and would like to update your contact or company information in the service provider directory, contact us. Changes will be reviewed and updated on Imperial's website within three business days.
