iFinancial Accounting Services include:

  • Preparing cheques for signature
  • Depositing cheques for condo fees
  • Maintaining up-to-date owner registry
  • Aged accounts report

iFinancial Financial Services include:

  • Monthly detailed financial reports
  • Preparing year-end information for Auditor

iFinancial Service includes:

  • On-line access to portal for accounting and financial reporting (pdfs of invoices)
  • Pick-up and return delivery of all documents (invoices, bank statements, etc.) on a regular basis (usually bi-weekly) (courier fees charged to the client)

iFinancial will provide these services at a cost of $10.00 per unit, per month (plus applicable taxes) (minimum charge of $250.00 per month)

  • Pre-authorized debit for condo fees
  • Budget and Investment advise
  • Bulk mailings to owners (AGM, etc.)
  • Attendance of Annual General Meetings
