iFinancial Financial Services include:
- Monthly detailed financial reports
- Preparing year-end information for Auditor
iFinancial Service includes:
- On-line access to portal for accounting and financial reporting (pdfs of invoices)
- Pick-up and return delivery of all documents (invoices, bank statements, etc.) on a regular basis (usually bi-weekly) (courier fees charged to the client)
iFinancial will provide these services at a cost of $10.00 per unit, per month (plus applicable taxes) (minimum charge of $250.00 per month)
Optional services at a cost:
- Pre-authorized debit for condo fees
- Budget and Investment advise
- Bulk mailings to owners (AGM, etc.)
- Attendance of Annual General Meetings
- Status & Disclosure Certificates (market rate)
